For more than 20 years ULTRACON-SERVICE LLC based in Kiev, Ukraine has been a developer of technologies and techniques of non-destructive testing (NDT), manufacturer of NDT means and related accessories. Our company carries out the training of NDT specialists for I, II and III qualification levels according to International Standard ISO 9712:2012 on eddy current (ET), magnetic particle (MT), penetrant (PT), ultrasonic (UT), visual (VT), radiographic (RT), acoustic-emission (AT) testing techniques. Similarly, the company conducts a pre-certification training of candidates for certification on I and II qualification levels according to EN 4179:2009.

For industrial enterprises, manufacturing companies we produce serial flaw detection instruments (manual eddy current and ultrasonic flaw detectors, hardness testers, thickness gauges; eddy current, ultrasonic and EMA multi-channel flaw detectors; all kinds of eddy current and ultrasonic probes; automated systems for non-destructive testing of pipes, couplings, rods, railway axles and wheels, sheet products, etc., as well as a wide range of related products (cables, calibration blocks, etc).

We have gathered all research engineers, methodologists, designers, producers of instruments, lecturers and experts "under one roof". As a result optimal solution of any testing task can be found for the customer!

A lot of products developed by the RPC “Ultracon-Service” cover hundreds and even thousands of kilometers before they reach the customer’s site. Transportation of the equipment is carried out by the overland or air transport. The equipment is thoroughly checked before shipment, and it is important for us to be totally sure that each device will be delivered to the customer in the same condition in which it left our site.

Increasing requirements for the quality and safety of industrial equipment, the need to check its condition without taking it out of service made the countries of Eastern Europe paying more attention to the non-destructive testing issues.Aimed at exchanging experience, discussions, studying of the latest methods and developments the local and regional forums are held. One of such events became the 47th NDT Exhibition and Conference in Poland – the KKBN-2018, in which, by invitation from our Polish partner PCB Service company, the representatives of the RPC ULTRACON-SERVICE as a part of OKOndt GROUP™ took part.
